Left Airpods Not Detecting - Airpods 3

Guys,

Need sifu expertise, suddenly my airpod 3 left ear piece is not detecting. I tried all the possible troubleshooting

- clean the case
- clean the charging slot and coil
- Forget device, reset airpods & reconnect

when reconnect, the left piece shows 100% then after few millisecond, it goes missing again. Tried multiple time, tried restart my phone also the same.

Tried in my ipad, another iphone, all the same.

Has anyone who own ExpertBook B9 model came across the bottom cover somehow dented and forms bubble after sometime?

Mine is 3 years plus and sort for realize recently that the bottom is uneven and formed bubble. Wonder if it was due to the heat?

Changed my job recently which subsequently changed my salary day also to towards end of the month between 29th to 31st. Been hitting gym for almost 2 years now and do have shape (little) with 59kg....can be consider lean muscle and want to build lean muscle only.

So, please suggest what is the protein should I take? Whey protein or just the normal protein shake to build up the body?

I'm currently using unifi 10mbps at my house but sharing about 5-6 people. The problem, one idiot at my house watching those Korean drama using youtube all day long and caused the slowness of download files or even surfing internet sometime.

I wanted to block the youtube using router, can anyone guide me? I'm using the TM new model of router and modem.

Does anyone know how to block website using router? I tried to use parental control but doesn't work.

Just back from bangkok and I bough 2 pairs of MIG underwear and soon realize it was suit me very well thank Renoma that I've got tons of it at house.

Am wondering is there anyone of you know where can I get MIG brand at Malaysia, especially KL area? I couldn't afford fly over to bangkok just for a underwear, my bad didn't buy them when I was there!

Body Build Up Advise

Dear Sifu's

I'm currently hitting the gym almost everyday but however I'm not having a big body neither too skinny, around 53kg with 173cm height. I once over heard a brother at the gym sounds skinny people should eat every 3 hours in order to weight up the body and for workout to built the muscle. Can anyone advise me on this matter.

Another 1 more things is, I'm intend to get some supplement for gym purpose, having said this I'm not looking for a buffy body but just fit and nice. My friend told me supplement must be taken before and after gym. There are two type of supplement which is before gym and after gym! Kindly advise accordingly.
