Question about parking deposit

the story goes like this
so during MCO period i did not park my car in office,
therefore i have sent it the suspension of parking service form to car park office in the building.
and then afterwards I decided not to park in office parking anymore so I sent in a cancellation form.
the personnel told me that refund could take up to 45 days to process so i just wait.
after 45 days i called the management office and they told me they got a lot of refund request to it will take longer then usual.
i called them again after that, they told me they will check on my refund status
after a week i got no response from them. called them again they only tell me that my request for suspension is not approved therefore my deposit is burn.
ask them why never bother to inform me and the answer i get is dont know. WTF is that?

why they never inform me that my suspension never got approved in the first place?
Now is there any way i can get my deposit back?
Any place I can complain to?

a friend of mine is thinking of joining their so called business to get side income,
is that some sort of direct selling also?
my friend asked me if i wanted to join but i said no as we need to finance 26k from bank to do this 'business'.
from what i see lah, this is just like those mlm or triangle thing which you need to look for downline and so on,
they just try to like cover it up with the product they sell.
but my friend insisted on joining.
Should i advise my friend not do it?
(ps: we are just spm leaver who trying to save up some money to study.)
