Accident and Paid Medical Fee to Victim...

Ok I know I was too stupid and coward, and didn't know any SOP after accident. (Now I know... but too late)

Basically I banged a motorcycle and the victim is injured.
The friends of the victim forced me to bring the victim to a private hospital so I obeyed. (Ok the biggest mistake ever)
Then the private hospital said cannot do it, must send the victim to public hospital via their own ambulance.
All friends of victims of course forced me to pay for the medical fees here. At first I was very sceptical but in the end I paid for them.

Ok before judging my stupidity... My question:
Is it still possible for me to claim back this medical fee, by any means?

I got some feedback... Mostly impossible to claim back via own insurance company... Only if the victim sue me and get the medical claim from the insurance of my side, I can ask the victim to help me claim. Otherwise, don't ever think about it anymore.

Any feedback will be really well-appreciated..

Is Processors More Than 2 Cores Useful?

A lot of people said that it's the best for the gamers to get 2-core processor for recent games. Processors that have more than 2 core like C2Q and I7 only useful if you need a lot of tasks at the same time. There are many games that do not support more than 2 cores recently.

Then is this means I5 (or C2D) is better than C2Q?

I wish someone to give me comments and explanation about this!!!

Cooler Master Elite 310

I'm unsure whether I can ask this at here. But I need some assistance.

My pc case is CM Elite 310.
Recently I want to install a 120mm fan at the front case fan space. Unlike the side one, there are 4 screws holes which are too small for my screws to put into it...
The rear and side fan space have bigger screw holes that suits my screws perfectly. It's normal I think.
I thought I can replace those screws by using the smaller one, but I don't think they fit the fan's screw holes...
Does someone experienced it? Can someone tell me how to install it?

Here is my PC specification:

Generic (cap ayam) PSU 12V 20W
Asus P5QPL-AM Mainboard
Intel Pentium Dual-Core E6300
Nvidia 9400GT Graphic Card
300GB Hard Disk
4GB DDR2 Ram
Samsung DVD

Recently, I planned to change my graphic card to ATI 5770/5750.
I also interested to change my processor to Intel Core 2 Quad version.

When I asked about this around Lowyat forum, some of the people told me that my power supply does not able to afford my new hardware.
So, I managed to change my power supply.
But wait, I found only 3 screw on the power supply. Through some researches, I found out that it's micro ATX version of PSU!!!
I also found out that I'm using a micro ATX mainboard (Asus P5QPL-AM is a micro ATX mainboard).
This cause me the necessarily to increase my budget!!

I have three questions to ask here:

1. Where can I get micro power supply sellers? I hope I can get better micro PSU from them. But, I think it's impossible in Malaysia... Searched with Google. Only a few results...

2. Do you recommend me to move my current PC hardware (excluding PSU) to an ATX case? If so, Do you think which kind of ATX case is suitable for me, or do all the ATX case is the same and suitable for me?

3. Which ATX power supply will you recommend me according to my upgraded pc? This will be my upgraded PC specification:
Asus P5QPL-AM Mainboard
Intel Core 2 Quad Q8400
ATI Radeon 5770/5750 (Not sure...)
300GB Hard Disk
4GB DDR2 Ram
Samsung DVD

Which Graphic Card Should I Choose?

Currently, I'm using 9400GT.
I am interested in GT240, but some of the shops recommended 9800GT for me as it have better "bit" ??
So guys, which 1 will you choose for better heavy gaming?
Or do you have other graphic card to suggest me? (My budget is around RM350 only)

Take note that graphic quality is not too necessary for me. I only want and focus on better graphic performance and, of course, good price.
Besides that, I have a 480Watt power supply.

I am thinking this question for more than 2 months...

Please take note that the game you choose must have the following features in your opinion:
1. Better gameplay
2. Largest multiplayer population
3. Comparing its prices and "quality"...

My pc features:

Intel Pentium Dual-core E6300 2.80GHz
4GB Ram
More than 100GB hard disk free space (recent)
Nvidia 9400GT 1GB DDR2

Actually I support COD series, as their system requirements are not too great.
I never experience any Battlefield series.
However, BFBC2 is sooo cheap!
This is why I confused with my direction...

Can A PC Connect More Than Two Speakers?

Just like this. My pc only have one hole (or input or jack?) for speakers. I wished that I can connect more kinds of speakers to the same pc. Is there have any hardware that can connect to one hole than separate to more than 2 hole just like that usb extension? (I mean USB that connect into 1 then it separate into 4 USB hole)

I wish that I shall not need to change better sound card because it "threat" me and need a lot of money $_$...

Can someone explain about this?

Actually I just want to ask 2 question:
1. Do I still have any other way to buy the games online if:
a. no credit card?
b. no any bank accounts? (I know this is impossible but I really don't have)

2. Hear that there is a game shop (original) at Subang Parade. Where is that shop located at?

This game is nice, but no Malaysia servers can be found...
