Nissan Sylphy Spare Key Unable to Start Engine

Want to ask, I've lost my main key, and have a spare key but the key only able to light up radio and meter board but unable to start the engine. Called Nissan service center and they say need to tow my car back to service center to reset the anti-theft immobilizer. Is there any other way to reset the immobilizer by myself (i've google some steps but couldn't work) instead of spending loads of cash to tow my car to the service center and reset it?

Reducing CPU Usage (C++)

Hi all,

I would like to get some information regarding CPU usage in Windows. There are some applications that has high CPU usage such as Chrome, 3D Games and etc. I am actually trying to build a 3rd party program to reduce the usage shown in the Task Manager. I've tried to use SetPriorityClass to PROCESS_MODE_BACKGROUND_BEGIN and SetThreadPriority to THREAD_MODE_BACKGROUND_BEGIN but none of it works. I suppose if set a program priority to background would literally reduce it's CPU usage. Any idea?
