Unifi HPPTV problem

Problem details
First occurence of problem: Should say is happen start from initial setup
Problem frequency: all the while.

Problem description:

I just got my Unifi setup last weekend. Internet, phone working wells. However, there is some problems on the IPTV.
During the setup, the contractors have verified it working but not until select a particular channel.
The IPTV menu, channel list screen can be see. Once I select a channel, my TV screen become black and no sound at all.
Then I select menu again, it back to the menu screen.
Why I can't view a particular channel? But can only view channel in the channel list.
Anyone can help or I need to call back the contractor?

Need advice here..

Know this girl on FB since last yr, start chat in msn and getting closer. 1st time meet up with her and feel she nice and attracted to her. Getting feel on her, dunno y. So, take the move to chase her de. But everytime date her, she always was bz n not free. After 2months, i confess to her that i like her, ask her whether want to be my gf or not. However, was rejected by her telling me tat she just know me not long ago, tat ridiculous to be couple. =.=. Keep on as fren.
During her birthday 4months ago, bought her a gift and ask her out. But during the date, tats very hurt to me is tat she said just reject by the guys tat she confess not long ago. She feel very hurt and so depress. Wat to do, tat time just consult her n say nice thing to her.
After a week, i confess to her that i still like her but just saying keeping as a fren and if she want to give me a chance i will be very appreciated. Then, we going outing to sekinchan, end of the trip, she hinted that is was nice to be with me.
After tat still keep on date her out during weekend de, 1 time she hinted that can date her out for dinner when free on weekdays or weekend. Then keep on dating for few times, but everytime she just telling her work pressure, family pressure and etc etc....

Two weeks ago, we hv 1 small quarrel coz of too caring about her. When we come out yam cha session, told her that still like her. haven't ask her anything yet she quickly say other thing. then i told her again i still like her. she quickly changed topic again with her work pressure... =.=. But when fetch her home, she asking what is my ambition(future plan). Also asking me what i will do in saturday.
After tat nite, date her out for movie lor on saturday lor, she replied cannot due to bz with family things, then i said sunday can let me know de. So sunday , ask again still same answer lor. then i said next time n sorry tat disturb her. She replied tat no matter, just next time lor.

Really makes me dunno how to proceed. Any advice? Should continue or just leave....
