Hi guys,

please help me...

Just 2 days ago, i bought a MSI p43-c51 motherboard because my previous motherboard spoill dy. My problem is , once i go to my Windows 7 64 bit windows, everything works fine, watching movie, songs, and games. But when i shut down the system and power it up again, somehow it is not able to see the POST screen start also. Please note, when i power up, the processor, the hard disk and gc fan is running but i cant see anything, not even Bios also. So i have switch off the power cord and take out the graphic card and put it back again. to my suprise, it is able to show display and im able to go into windows. Once i shut down again, the same problem persist and i m not able to see any image on the screen eventho all d fans all running. I have tried using another graphics card and the result is the same. Since i assume it was motherboard problem, i went to reseller and swap a new one exactly. However, afta fixing up, the problem sstill persist and now i know its not the motherboard problem since i got a new one. I have tried using my frens graphic card and its still the same ..whereby im only able to load to windows by unplug the gc and put it back again. The problem is oni afta i shut down, i can turn on but nothing on my screen even afta trying my frens graphic card.

Here is the trouble shoot i did.

Taking out the bios battery ====> didnt work
trying to take out ram and hard disk and plug it one by one ====> didnt work
tried a new graphic card ====> same thing, can only see the image once take out the gc and put it back again...

It really make no sense whereby every single day if i wanna start the computer i have to take out the graphic cards and put it back again then only it will load to windows and able to see the post screen but if i shut down the computer , then i need to take out the graphic card and put it again.

Can some one help me and tell me how to go around for this issue. I tried googling but i m not able to find any answer. Is it due to ACPI dat windows 7 64 bit has or motherboard or the graphics card?

Here is my rig spec

Intel core 2 duo e7200
msi p43-c51 16gb ddr 3 motherboard
nvidia 8600gts 256 mb graphic card and ati radeon 4850 ( my frens one )
cooler master 500 watt
kingston hyper x 8 gb ddr 3 ram
windows 7 64 bit

i sent my graphics to RMA it was heating up abit on one side of the graphic.. the graphic i was using is 5850 sapphire...
i was told that i need to pay an amount so that they replace my graphic with a new one is that true..!? or
they can giv me the repaired graphic but there wouldnt b any warranty after that?

is that true pls advice me dear lyn sifu's....
