my boss said I'm not ready for promotion

Basically attached to this company for one year plus already as an executive and had clocked in as top sales for last year performance

This coming year my boss didn't want to promote me to a manager with reason that I don't have the skill to be a manager yet and I am not giving additional initiative to do extra administrative work.

My reason is because I am still being paid the same and my role is still a sales executive. Why should I opt for more work right now when there is no confirmation part from my boss ?

Then he reasoned and said because I didn't show all these quality. My promotion is put on hold.

So my question is that
1. Is my boss doing a fair thing towards me ?

2. How should I confront my boss about this ?

3. Everyday as a sales person I have to come back office after 6 pm to do paper work and there is no overtime being paid and weekend still have to come to work and there is nothing to submit. I've already sacrifice extra time to the work for my company and yet still not enough to get the promotion.

Please advise.

Macam very nice ...

but I still think bigger screen like Transformer Prime is better for viewing movie ...

but I really can't find any use for tablet ... mostly all can be done with my phone and laptop ..

I think if I buy the tablet oso at most is watch movie on my bed and maybe play those touch games only ... is it worth RM2000 for this ? everyone has a tablet and it's giving me the peer pressure !

Guys guys!

I was in traffic going home just now suddenly a myvi appear to me near Seksyen 16 PJ and my left mirror, and I heard police siren, my instinct told me to GIVE WAY and immediately I saw a myvi ramming all the cars.

THANK GOD MY CAR IS NOT DAMAGED OR MY LIFE BEING ENDANGERED !

The car proceed ahead to ram but sadly the police didn't manage to catch the criminal and I cannot do any follow up.

My manager always tell me dun bypass them while I didn't even bypass if I just ask simple questions for understanding on the other department by talking to another executive.

Exec A propose to Boss A

but my boss dun like, say always ask him first before I talk to another department's exec

Yesterday I pick 1 share i think price will go up.

Then the share naik 0.56 sen ayam sad because I din buy cause I still learning if not I would have made RM5,000.

Then today, I picked another share, it naik RM0.12! walaoz that's another RM5,000 because the stock so low price.
