inquiry for sound card

my budget is actually about 300, seems like this suitable.

Give some opinion on this sound card plz, i usually use both speaker and headphone for song listening, movie watch, and gaming (i requesting for good base, nice sound, good surround, wanna good effect, no need such thing like directional footstep recognition, not playing fps that frequently)

going to use this sound card to match with my future coming speaker razer mako and my headphone (sony mdr xb-500).

just let me know any better suggestion or what i should do for maximize their performance.

I am aiming a Mako.
Currently within my cpu without a proper sound card to make full use on the Razer Mako thx 2.1.

Since grabbing Mako is half killed my wallet, expecting a sound card between 200 to 300 (<250 is most comfortable price)

Give me some suggestion for this.
State the model will do, if free then extra comment it.

if say now i build 1 system..
core 2 quad 2.66ghz
simple gigabyte small mobo
2x2gb 1333 ram
500gb hdd
ati radeon hd5770

for this spec i use cooler master haf 322 which cost me around 300+ which come with a extreme 460w power supply
i wan to ask 460w is it sufficient to support my pc??

currently no any extra fan,dvd rom and any extra essosories

expecting i5 661..cos can upgrade gpu later juz use the built in 1 cos my fren say he use this ply residen evil 5 also no prob

budget about RM1800

get 2gb ram first add in 1 more later (but 100% wan 1333..cos 800 1 is really too old for me)

hdd..any brand 500gb i think needed and economical

plz suggest me suitable mobo, psu and casing with brand and model which can match and fit my spec

CM casing black chasis (pic look nice lol) RM139 only i supriced not really can get anot)
CM psu 460w RM145
total: RM1664

b) intel core 2 quad 2.53 ghz around RM480 i found in c-zone price list la
simple 775 ddr3 mobo around only RM200 really nice to the budget
ram also 2gb ddr RM185
hdisk also 500gb RM165
casing RM139
psu RM145
add 1 more gpu any brand 1gb ddr5 hope can get around RM500+ (if cant tell me plz) i ply 3d game alot so
wan get a good gpu
total: around RM1800 (if got any way to low down it bit is good but don affect spec too much la)

any pro can give opinion and compare them for me
