Actually, I already posted it in Jobs/Careers section. But I think, if I ask here can receive a fast response from you guys.

Would like to ask a question, is it normal for you to share your project documents/slides/reports from your current company, with your potential employer?
Even you requested to mask P&C information, I still think it is considered as no integrity.
What say you, any opinion?

UPDATE:

I totally forgot I have a friend which is an HR Practitioner.
He stated, it is a trick from the interviewer to see whether you will disclose confidential information to outsiders
OR the interviewer itself didn't care about it at all. That's how bad our PDPA is.

Salary Information

Hi guys.

Situation: Head hunter/recruiter calling you and sharing there is a job opening in a certain company. They request your resume, also your salary information.

Normally, what I did, I will ask the current offer, and if it is below my expected salary, I will try to nego, how high the amount can be increased.
I found it uncomfortable to share my current salary with them, even a rough amount.
What do you guys think, sharing your salary info with recruiter/head hunter?
Is it they try to figure it out the average salary amount by asking the salary info from the potential candidates? So they can lower down the salary offer?

Lately, I have seen the company I'm working for hired fresh graduates from UTAR to work for junior positions.
Since they're joining in different department than me, then this came to my mind, how competitive fresh graduates from UTAR compared to others IPTA/IPTS.

About the company I work, it's an IT MNC company (Europe), staff in Malaysia around 100 - 150.

Anyone had bad experience with The Lorry?

Any item you buy at Lazada, if using The Lorry as the courier, the delivery takes longer time to reach, even within West Malaysia. I heard their courier service very bad.

Sending Kid To Chinese School/Mandarin Class

Hi Guys.

Since, Mandarin dah jadi salah satu bahasa yang bagus untuk dipelajari/bertutur, sehingga ada termasuk dalam requirement dalam mencari pekerjaan, aku rasa nak hantar anak aku belajar bahasa Mandarin lah.

For that case, which one is better, either sending to Chinese school, or Mandarin class should be enough? If I send to Chinese school, would he be stressed because he never knew the language? Worried, the teacher totally speak in Mandarin, how he wanna understand.

Info about my kid, 4 years old. 1st language is English, 2nd language is Malay (only speaks in school because I send him to the Malay school, previously cannot speak Malay at all, during this time, I request teacher to speak English for some time).

Currently am working in HR department. As you know, girls in HR always cute, pretty, lovely, hot, happy go lucky etc. Of course there will be makciks one, but I don't bother lah.

So, there is one specky girl in my office, for me she's very nice and very cheerful. We always talk to each other, usually about work. I think she's kinda like me as well. Shortened the story, can ktards teach me how to flirt without making it too obvious?

HK Company VS India Company

Guys, currently am working with MNC, from HK. Just got an offer from India company. 30% offer from my current salary.

Can you share with me your opinions, are there any big differences in term of working environment, work pressure etc. between these 2

I can say, my current company is like typical China-man company. I never work with India company, but I do have experiences working with India's colleagues.

Cum share your experiences + opinions.
