Golf course property discussion

From time to time i would see agents/owners advertise houses located in a golf course or within the club area. My questions:

1. what kind of maintenance fees are associated with owning such a property?
2.Hows the value holding up? (buy as investment)
3. do i need to actually purchase golf club membership?
4. any other issues? tax/ cukai pintu maybe?

Im suggesting that every item posted in buy/sell thread should be priced. "Offer me" is just not productive. nobody wants to offer 500 for an item worth 200.The seller should have an idea of how much he wants before starting a thread. similarly, when the seller has stated his price, all "best price please"s should be treated as SPAM. Enforce it so that people start to honor the asking price or offer politely in PM. TQ

i've searched n read similar threads but their prob is quite diff. frm mine.so i think i cn post new thread

i was drvg yesterday n suddenly today my sis called, telling me i got a summon. i ws going over 30km frm max limit. she told me tht i need to settle it within 7 days.
This is my first offence and im still in my "P".

my q's are this:

1. will this affect my "P" ?
2. Is it strictly "7days only"?
3. A fren told me i could appeal n get lower rate. How is the procedure for this?

Hello guys. Im trying to figure out my new build...What i want to know -is it ok to run your loop without fans mounted to the radiator. Im trying for "stealth mode" here and i dont want it to be noisy. Below r my specs

Reservoir-pump-cpu-radiator-back to reservoir.

using:
AMD Phenom X4

WC gears:
Apogee XT
Swiftech Micro RES
Feser 240 rad

Since my leg is broken right now, i commute around using my sis' car. it is AUTO btw . the thing is , i noticed that the car has trouble picking up speed, let say when overtaking....so 1 time i pull the gear from D to L and the engine just give me this nasty Subaru in WRC sound. is this wrong? or should i change to 2nd gear first then if i require some more power change to L from there? TQ

What is the material of the standard 1995 wira's radiator? Is it aluminium? or steel or another type of metal?
Im planning to convert a wira rad to be used with my pc water cooling system so i really need to know what it is made of coz different metal will eventually make the weaker metal corrode....

WC and car radiator

Ok.so here it goes.....

so my rad is leaking right now and i was forced to go to AMD stock cooler. My q is this...has anyone tried using a car radiator in their loop? I googled around and it seems that alot of guys out there is using car rad or heater core to cut cost. performance wise, car rad>pc rad due to the massive size. btw, i have an extra proton wira's rad to be used. what do u guys think? all ears here

Regedit & Gpedit still corrupted after XP installa

Hi guys. im using XP sp2.

Few days ago my pc started to give annoyances to me such as missing sound mixer in the middle of watching movie,not detecting pendrive.
I paid no attention to these probs as they juz disappeared after reboot. Later i found out that my regedit and group policy also went to hell. Instead of menu, weird thailand-like writing in notepad comes out everytime i run regedit or gpedit.

This morning,i decided to delete the partition and reinstall XP sp2. Did that but my regedit n gpedit still not working.

any idea guys? thanks
