well, fellow active traders here in lowyat,

lately i feel kind of irritated when i received sssooooo many queries from forumer who interested with my items asking, "best price please?"
haizzz... my expected already stated, i oso dah put nego, meaning those who interested with my items can simply offer their price to me, but seems it is so hard to understand, i know my english very very bad.

i just don't know what to answer this question, "best price?", best to you or best for me ?

oso, can we make a requlation that seller can't put their price as "offer me" ??
because to me this is to avoid seller being felt ofended if the buyer offering very low low price which this is not buyer mistakes, seller never put their expected price what ?

well.... i think i just wanna start my sunday morning with grumpy grumpy

Date of transaction: Banked in at 28 feb - item received at 3 March

Details of the complaint : when the item received, the condition found faulty where in his original thread stated its in good working condition.

package came with pos laju in a shoes box covered with chocolate paper (dunno what to call it)
since its a camera, i was hoping he can be more secure, like at least there's notes like "FRAGILE" or "PLEASE HANDLE WITH CARE". but its just simple package without any notification.
ok lah... i continue to open the box and check the whole things and try try.

already notify him about the faulty once tried the camera as its quiet obvious it is faulty, but he insist when sending the camera its in good condition, well... one thing for sure, when it reach my door step, the camera is unusable, and found few reference in internet that it is a faulty in anti shake feature.

already sms, call, send inbox but no reply / feedback from lance.

Lance, give me an options please, basically i just want my money back, but if u have another good option for me, then lets discuss.

how to open a small restaurant

hi,

im a foreigner from indonesia, working as a permanent employee in one of IT company.

seeing a very good demand from Indonesian workers here for Indonesian food has brought into my consideration to open a small restaurant or kedai

would like to have an information on how is the process for a foreigner to be able to open a restaurant, brand will be using my own brand im not taking franchise. my wife would be the chef, im thinking to hire maximum 5 workers to help my wife to run the restaurant, maybe an Indonesian as well or local malaysian.

my questions :
- how is the process i need to follow as foreigner ?
- is there any other way ? maybe using my local friends name to apply for the license ? i want everything legal
- what certification i will need to prepare
- roughly how much the cost ?
- if my wife is the one who run the business as the cheff, is she needs to convert her dependant pass to some pass like employment ?, she will be the
owner thou
- if i hire a local, is there any permit i need to provide for them ?,
