Last week i purchased an item in Living Social Malaysia.

In the ads it is clearly stated that the product will reach me in 3 working days after i have placed my order, which i have paid it on 19/06/2014.

Unfortunately, the product has not been shipped yet as at today. WTF...

I made an complaint via email on 24/06/14, which as stated in the website, they will reply in 2 working days, but again, FAILED to reply.

I made a call yesterday to tell them the issue, they said they will need THREE WORKING DAYS to check and come back to me. WTF...

This will be my last purchase with them as they are just useless, inefficient and unprofessional.

I wonder why they want to state in the ads that they will deliver the product in 3 working days if they cant make it.

My boss recently bought an iMAC.

Unfortunately he is pissed off as he claims that the iMAC canT play UK/US imported DVDs and even 'pasar malam' discs.

As i am not familiar with iMAC, appreciate if any SIFUs here can help.

Below are my noob's questions:

1) Can LOCAL iMAC play ORIGINAL imported DVDs / CDs?? Is it bcoz of Region locked?
2) Do we need to JB the iMAC like iPhone in order to unleash its true power?
3) It canT play 'pasar malam' DVDs / CDs?
4) What can be done other than JB to enable it to play imported DVDs?

NEED HELP!!

I wish to replace my desktop's graphic card Geforce 8600 (or sth like that) with a slightly better card. My budget is around RM400.

My pc is around 2-3yrs old, Pentium c2d, normal casing with no extra power supply.

My questions are:
1) Wat is the easiest way to upgrade my graphic card, either ATI or ASUS or any brand?
2) If i m not getting a new power supply, which graphic card doesnt need dedicated power supply? Geforce 9x00?
3) If i want to get a new power supply, do i need to change the CASING too?

Can some sifus here pls giv me some advices.
