Hi everyone, my Honda City 1.5L (E) I Vtec, color: Grey had been stolen in Pandan Cahaya(Ampang)between 10.pm ~ 8.30am on 17/5/2012.

My car is park at my apartment parking centre and now its gone. The roadtax just renewed about 4days ago. so sedih~~

Problem on having a home with 2names

I have a house under both my name and my ex-bf name and a car under my name.The problem is after breaking up with him, both of us agreed to put the house under my name because I have been paying the house all this while and the car will be under him. The problem is I am currently staying in the house and it is not worth to change the name coz it will cost too much to do the changes. I also have to go through reapplying loan and I will be charged for the interest charges by the bank due to selling off within a certain agreement period. Is there other way like an agreement or wutsoever for me to get him to agree and sign off so that I will be protected to own the house and it won't cost as much as to pay if I change the name.

Btw.. He is not gonna pay half the changing name or wutever been charged for the house and he is chasing me to change the car name to him which I am holding on it because of the house.

House price is 72k when we buy n d loan about 56k. juz bought in last 2 years

To change name need at least 5k which is not worth.

To sell at the moment is not a good idea coz i like the house.

I have this problem with all my word documents. Some of the documents when missing just like that. and some other documents become 0kb (.exe file) . Not only that. I noticed that I have a lot of word doc change its name to a starting symbol like ~$( partial existing doc name). I need my documents as it is very important. Can anyone help me.... .
