Does anyone know how the Registration of Transfer is being calculated?

This is one of the item listed under the "Disbursements" on the bill i get for Intstruments of Transfer from the developer's lawyer.

Developer is bearing the S&P cost. Just being charged for Disbursements and some other misc service such as travelling, printing and postages.

FREEHOLD BUMI LOT RELEASE

I’m a non Bumi interested in buying a new unit from developer.

The new unit is a freehold bumi lot and I was told by the developer that they have applied for the release.

Did some research online and it seems that people are usually advising to request the developer to show the bumi lot release letter or proof documents, but when I request for that, they say they can’t show it. Should i be cautious about this?

The developer mention not to worry as the black and white will be there when then S&P is signed. Question is, should I worry about anything here?

The one thing that developer did mention is that since this unit has already been released to non bumi lot type, then in future this unit cannot be sold back to bumi. This is an established developer in Ipoh Perak by the way.

Hope you guys can provide some advice?

Need some help...

I'm doing some handy craft and i need these papers...they are called doilies paper. Anyone here know where can get these in large qty or cheap? In KL area.

I'm looking for 8" in diameter ones, in white or beige colour preferably.
