Review on Mamasab Frozen Marinated Lamb

hi everyone, I would like to do an honest review on this frozen marinated lamb sold by Mamasab Bakery.

They are bakery and have many types of desserts but Kambing Perap Mamasab is also one of their signature frozen food product.

The ingredients of course they don't reveal la and keep it a secret. But I was told that are 24 herbs and spices that goes into the marinate.

Generally Malaysians don't enjoy the natural smell that comes with lamb. So this is one problem that was solved when they do the marinate. They make it such a way that when you cook it, the marinate somehow already eliminate the smelly smell of the lamb but still manage to keep the originality of the dish, in a way that you will know that when you eat it, it is lamb, minus the smelly smell.

So how I prepared it was that I heat up my non stick pan and pan grill it for 8 minutes on both sides. No oil needed. That's pretty much it. I serve it with sides like mash potatoes and brocolli. The taste is superb! on par with most hotel standard!

Try it if you have not. RM55 per box of 1.2kg lamb sholder, about 6 to 7 pcs. ideal for 4 adults.
