(1) The position of the said Lot in relation to the other lots shown in the Layout Plan in the First Schedule and the measurements, boundaries and area of the said Lot as given therein are believed but not guaranteed to be correct and if the measurements, boundaries and area of the said Lot shown in the Layout Plan shall be different from its measurements, boundaries and/or area as shown in the Layout Plan shall be different from its measurements, boundaries and/or area as shown in the final document of title when issued, the purchase price of the said Lot calculated at the rate of ............................................ringgit (RM.............................) only per square metre shall be adjusted accordingly.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Does anyone know how to compute the above?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I bought a house lately for RM500K with land area of 160 sq meter and built up of 2400 sq ft. The above show an amount approximately RM250 per square metre which i think it is too low.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;</description>
