Questions on buying new landed property

I am planning buy a new landed property cost (2stry house, freehold) around 900k. Some questions that really appreciate your input:
1) Any taxes I need to pay for landed property and how frequent? (e.g. pay yearly quit rent assessment? what about cukai taksiran/cukai pintu?)
2) how much should I pay for the insurance and what insurance is required for landed (e.g. fire insurance?)?
3) for landed properties, what document I will sign when go through the process? (will it similar like condo, need to sign SPA, Deed of Assignment, or?)

Noise Distortion?

When I start my car early in the morning and immediatly switch on the head unit, the will be some distortion noise coming out from the component speaker or tweeter. Then the noise distortion will only last less than 1 minute and the audio return to normal after I warm-up my car.

However, if I turn on the head unit after 2 minutes drive which I have warmed-up my car, there will be no noise distortion.

Can you guys please tell me what's wrong with my audio as I have send the car to check for many times but no improvement also

Hi Sifu,

Any recommendations for the head unit ? My friend recommended me to use the nakamichi na2750, nakamichi na2650, and PIONEER AVH-x5650BT . However, I found the nakamichi na2750 respond is quite slow (eg. loading the music or reverse camera). So which product should I go for ? or have other suggestions ?

- My ride: Altis 2008
- File format/medium used for my source: mpeg4(HD music video) and mp3(song) via usb
- Budget: less than RM 1500
- Choices: nakamichi na2750, nakamichi na2650, and PIONEER AVH-x5650BT ???

Problem for window7 64bit

When I want to install a software at my window7 64bit, it straight way doesn't allow me to install and prompt up said the software is not compatible with 64 bit os at this time !

anyone can tell me how to install the software ?
or maybe there some configurations that I need to change before install the software ???

usage: gaming and programming

screen size: below 16

battery life: last for more than 3 hours or at least 3 hours

OS: window

I preferably hp as ppl said hp is good in quality...and is good that got local service central...

Actually I wonder issit possible that I buy mac book pro then install window 7 ?? but...will this extra arr ??? because mac is really good in quality ooo...
