iphone 4 charging problem (WTF dock connector)

So,

my phone started acting weird by only charging for a couple of minutes and then the whole 'charging is not supported with this accessory' error comes out. Sometimes it doesn't even charge at all.

At first I thought it was the cable since it's all ancient and jerked out already. But I bought 2 different cables already (one from some cheap stall and one from Machines). at Machines, it worked just fine. but when I got back home IIt happens again. Worse, now it doesn't really even charge at all.

Based from googling, I suspect it's the dock connector. So where can I find a new one, how much would it cost and where can I find a reliable place so I can repair it ?

I went to Machines the other day and they said they can't repair it ?!? I don't supposed we have an actual Apple store in Malaysia that can do it, right ? So where eh ?
