Please recommend me which second hand car

My budget is around 25k.

So far, I've found these cars to be in the price range.

kia spectra 1.6(A) 2005 - 25k
- very high fc
- expensive spare part

hyundai accent 1.5 (A) 2005 - 25k

proton waja 1.6 (A) 2002 - 25k
- 'proton' quality
- quite big car

proton gen2 1.4 (A) 2004 - 26k
- I've heard many bad things about gen2 from owners.

proton savvy 1.2 (AMT) 2006 - 25k
- dont really like the design

Which one should I choose? Any suggestion? Now I'm leaning towards kia spectra, don't really know much about accent, anyone know any pros or cons of this car? I'm kinda skeptical about buying 2nd hand proton though.
Help design a bus tracking system

Hello all,

I need some urgent help with my final year project.

I'm proposing a system to track the location of public buses, so that the time that will take for the buses to reach a destination could be estimated. GPS will be used for tracking purposes. The coordiante of the buses from the GPS will be relayed to a command centre every few minutes probably via GPRS.
Users wanting to know when a bus will reach a station (for example if they are waiting for the bus at a bus stop) will only need to send an SMS to the command centre and an automated reply will be sent accordingly. This system will be implemented in Java.

1) Does anyone know any hardware shops that sells GPS devices? I'm not looking for GPS navigator, but GPS tracker, or any GPS unit or module that can transmit data out preferably via GPRS.

2) The GPS will need to transmit bus locations via GPRS to a server/command centre. I'm not sure how I'm supposed to implement this. Do I need a static IP, and send all data from the GPS to this IP? Any help here would be appreciated.

3) I'm planning to create an interface where the location of the buses will also be displayed on a map. Anyone has any suggestions what kind of map I can use? I don't think google maps will suit this system, because its not a web based system.

4) One issue with this project is the accuraty of estimation of bus arrival. I have to take into account traffic conditions, weather in some cases, traffic light and so on. I'm not really sure on how to do this, because they vary from day to day (or time of year). Any ideas on how to tackle this issue?

5) I will be following scrum development methodology (agile). Is there anyone here used this development methodology before? Any materials or reference material that anyone would want to share?

Has anyone done this sort of project before? I could really use some guidance for this project, pretty lost at the moment.

Thank you, and sorry for the long read.
