Help On Memory Issue

Hi,I am using windows 7 ultimate 64 bit version.I am on a core i7 platform with 3 channel memory setup.But what I discover from the system info,it said that there is 6GB of RAM but only 4GB IS USABLE.Where did the other 2GB gone?How could I rectify this issue(How to find back my missing 2GB memory)?
Following are some of my platform details:
i7 920
MB:Giga X58A-UD7
RAM:Corsair 6GB kit Dominator(8-8-8-24)
GC:HD5850

I bought my new rig about a week ago.Namely corei7,Gigabyte ex58-ud7,corsair 1000W.I leave it open all the time without shutting it down.This evening I went to have a look on it.The PC already shutted down.I wondering why it shut down itself.Later I tried to switch it on but fail to do so.It never boot up until now.Never ever can it boot into BIOS too.I heard a 'zhizhi' sound(sth like electric sound).If I switch off the PSU the sound disappear.I think mostly is cause by the PSU.Did anyone got any ideas on it?

I am looking around for a software to encrypt my file on the fly while the file is still being download with a torrent client.Is there any way to achieve this?Please give me some suggestions.

Seeking help mainly for casing and new rig

I started a topic here last week before I heading to LYP to buy my new rig.But after I spend my entire afternoon there,I came back empty handed.
Why I came here empty handed:
1)The casing,I would like to purchase Thermaltake or Corsair casing.But I couldn't find latter.Just found Thermaltake Speedo,din got other model from Thermaltake in LYP.
2)Still donno must I purchase a HD5850 Crossfire setup or a HD5970.And what exact brand and model I must buy for GC.

My questions:
1)Is that I could purchase whatever model of casing from Thermaltake and LianLi in LYP as long as I am willing to wait?
2)Which setup for my GC and the exact brand and model.
3)Is that a 1000W psu is more than enuff if wanna do a HD5970 Crossfire?I think is more than enough and the thread in Xigmatek(I asked there said yes).

Need help for new rig

Hi,Is that nowadays MB that comes with USB3.0 and Sata 6Gbps,both the features I can use it whenever I like,or I must disable some other feature 1st before using it?Got any recommandation on MB that got both this features?
Now I got a budget of around RM6k(just for CPU),what will you guy recommend?
Do anyone think buying a MB of around RM1000-RM1200 worthwhile for my new rig wif budget around RM6k?
