hi all,

i have 3 cats (mother and 2 kitten). before this i kept them for a week in a cage. yesterday, i decided to let them free in my house so i bath them (all of them). the problem is after they get dry, the mother reject the kitten. the kitten cannot even go nearby the mother. the mother shows the sign like want to fight. pity to the kitten coz they just 1month + and crying for milk . i think becoz of the kitten smell changed..

please advise what to do

i dont really know how it happened but please advise me the solution...

this is the error msg appear when i boot my computer.

i tried insert the disc but after the loading bar finished, the black screen come out and nothing can be done.

the HDD is can be access from other computer as external(assume the HDD is ok). i think if the problem cant solve then i can just re-install everything.
but how to access my personal files in the HDD from other computer? as it is not accessible.
i think if i come out with new windows installation, i still cant access my files in my user folder..is it?

my problem is the windows showing the sub score of my computer is missing with the detail.

i cant refresh my score from the windows. need to do it manually (winsat in command prompt)

Microsoft Word 2007 Problem

i got serious problem.. i look around the net for solution but didnt even found the reported problem.

the problem is my microsoft word 2007 cannot insert text box and shapes. when i insert a text box, the view automatically changed to 'draft' mode and the text box did not appear. the view cannot be changed back to 'print' view.

problem only occur when insert text box or shapes. other than that working fine.

i dono how this problem occur. before this it was ok handling text box and shapes.. i didnt do anything with my computer hardware.

my laptop is Acer aspire 2000 series. the problem is the screen hinge is broken on right side. i just survey at lowyat and imbi and they told me need to put my laptop on their shop for few weeks for part replacement. but i cannot do that bcoz im not staying in kl for long time and i need my laptop for work.

im helping my friend to send his HDD for RMA. the HDD is from his ASUS laptop. and the warantty for his laptop(2years) is over. but when i take out the HDD, and check it on the internet(www.hgst.com) the waranty still there.

so, how can i send it for RMA? i check on the hitachi website, it shows there how to send for RMA. but it is not in malaysia. what should i do?
