Help: Entry level dslr with movie mode

I'd like to ask opinions on entry-level dslr-s with movie mode that's around 3k max (with lens) - right now I've surveyed some and came up with:

Nikon D5000 - 2.3-2.6k

Canon EOS 500D - 2.3-2.6k

Any other cheaper/better models out there? For office use actually. Decent is enough.
