itunes store in iphone 3gs not functioning

got my iphone 3gs 2 days ago.

had no problem syncing it with itunes in the computer.
no problem detected when using the app store in the phone.

but whenever i try to use the itunes store. a pop out stating "itunes service is not available in your country"
and closes the app....

anyone can help?

here's the thing...

im planning to get an iphone from digi.
most likely 32gb.

then there comes the news that iphone 4g will be launching soon?

and if i were to get the iphone 3g now.
it will lose its price very soon right?

i had another thought in my mine.
to get an ipod touch + a ordinary phone.

so what you guys thing.

im facing an issue where i cant stand with a correct posture.
my shoulder tends to bend forward.

any suggestions on how to solve this?
have been doing some workout to help build up the chest.
but its still the same.

getting worried. =S

please do help.
