I'm a college student who is thinking of getting a broadband.

Currently I'm considering

Celcom RM48 700kbps/1.5GB/Registration Fee RM150

Maxis RM48 512kbps/1.5GB/Registration Fee RM100

Digi RM33 700kbps (7am to 7pm, after the time throttled to 128kbps)/3GB/Free Modem

Hmm, which one is the best? I usually uses internet in my hostel at night, so maybe Digi's not the right choice for me, right?
