I have someone dear to me arrested by police in an early morning drug siege.

Yesterday after work, he travel 2 hours to this drug dealer house, took some drug* then sleep.

Early this morning, around 4-5am, police sieged the house, found 'huge amount' of drugs and arrested everyone.

So in this case, will he be charged the same as the drug dealer? Or charged for using drug?

Is there a way to proof that he doesn't involved in the drug dealing business?

Is i5 4690 still good in 2018 for gaming 1080p?

As per title.

I intend to buy a desktop for my daughter, been actually wanting to build a low end desktop for school work and some light gaming.

I, myself, on the other hand using i5 4690 + GTX960 + 8GB + 240GB SSD for gaming (witcher 3, just cause 3, the new tomb raider series, mostly medium settings) and lightroom/photoshop.

So I am wondering should I just give my daughter my current cpu and buy a new pc for myself, or just build a cheap desktop.

So my question is:
1. any spec that cost about 3k (same price as I built my current one few years ago) that is significantly better than my current pc? I mean high-highest settings for most modern games. (excluding monitor, keyboard, mouse, speaker)

2. any spec that cost about 1.5k (excluding monitor, keyboard, mouse, speaker) that is good for some light gaming and Microsoft Office. She used to play Guild Wars 2 @ lowest settings @ 800x450 on my ancient laptop with GT620M, so anything better is a huge improvement already)

It's been years since I last built my own pc so I am very much outdated already, very much appreciated if any sifu can throw some suggestions. =)

[WTA] Tenants vs owner issue,

A year ago, I rented a townhouse on 1+1 agreement directly with landlord. The rental was RM1200.

Now, this is the last month of the first 1 year agreement, however, the landlord informed me on 15/11/2018 (roughly 2 weeks ago) that she want to increase the rental to RM1450.

I decided to move out by end of this month and has informed the landlord of my intention, she agreed.

Question 1: At this point, can she keep the deposit because I did not give her 2 months notice?

Then last night, she suddenly whatsapp me (see photo)

Qestion 2: She basically telling us that agree to these new terms or else court case, is this even legal?

Please advise

UPDATE: A lawyer friend agreed to present when the landlord inspecting the house and ensure I get my deposit back. Hoping everything can be sorted out without the need of escalating it to a court case.
