Abandon Land

I’ve been facing a frustrating and honestly quite scary situation. My house, which is supposed to be a safe place for my family, has been repeatedly disturbed by snakes, bats, and other wild animals. The reason? The abandoned land right next to mine.

It’s overgrown with trees, dense bushes, and probably a few hidden ecosystems of pests and reptiles. We’ve had huge snake slithering into our compound, bats flying around it, tree leaves falling all over my property.

I’ve already taken action by lodging a complaint with the Majlis Perbandaran twice, and yes, they fined the landowner.

But guess what? No real cleanup or change happened. The fine was issued, but the landowner seems to be ignoring it, and the problem continues.

Now I’m asking myself and you what else can I do?

Friend want to borrow money but

Hi guys, i want to get an opinion on this, I have a close friend that recently asking to borrow money, but after meeting him, I found that the purpose to borrow the money is to put in a “investment” that a person friended him over online. He say that he talk to him and gotten small amount of return and want to borrow to put more. He is very convince that this is legit but a lot of red flags when I dig for more details from him.

Think is a scam where they give him little bit then will ask for more later.

I talk nicely to him and few of his friend also advise him this is a scam but unable to change his mind. now he keeps asking from me and some of his close friend about this, I don’t want to borrow even when he give collateral which can cover the money borrowed.

If he wasn’t a close friend i would just ignore. what will you guys do in this case.

Hi Guys,

Just wondering is P1 going towards 4G LTE? I notice in the new P1 Modem (DX825) it has a sim card slot and also in the user guide, it shows that it has LTE.

Lenovo Y50-70

Hi Guys/Gals,
Last month I bought the Lenovo Y50-70 UHD and it an amazing machine I ever used but after using it for about a month, I did not notice the bottom of the machine when I took it from the shop that a crack has been developed around the hinges and the side.

I did not drop it or something like that as I always keep it in the bag when not in used as with any IT product that I owned, I treat them like babies

So I took the laptop back to Lenovo service centre and they send it back to HQ and what they mention in their email shocked me.

WHAT?? I paid so much for a laptop FYI RM5.3K + RM199 for the extended warranty and something like this is not covered even damage that I did not occur. It's not a cheap laptop and I expected better customer service, haiz

So fine, if that's the case, I ask them to quote me the price to fix the issue and be done with it and guess what, take a look at the pic below.....

as you can imagine, what is this made of GOLD?? no way I'm going to pay that so I took my laptop back and continue using it.

now I want your opinion guys, what should I do, I afraid of that crack might get worst over time.

Hi,
I recently searching around property listing website to see the house prices around my housing area and to my surprise someone use my property on their listing without my knowledge or permission, The house number is also the same and they never bother to edit it.

What can I do now? I feel that is it a bit unsafe to publicly show the house number.

Almost Graduated And Asking For SPM Cert

Hi, I want to ask if this did happen to you guys/gals here before.

When I go to the the college to apply for Diploma they mention my result ok, can enter without problem, everything was fine until now when they mention my SPM Maths did not credit and now want me to retake it, WTF. Why now only mention it and not the last two years when I study there....

They say it Ministry of Education requirements (So why did you not mention to me before when I intake and why all of the sudden one)

so now I was thinking what to do, care to give me opinion?

Car Authorise Letter

Hi,
Recently i sold my car thru a car dealer and we settle everything already, then a few months later, they contact me again and told us that the bank reject the authorize letter and want me to resend the letter to them so they can collect the original registration card from the bank.
so yesterday they email to me the blank form and seems suspicious cause the email title they send to me is the wrong car plate number and it is just a blank form. They ask me to sign it only and email back to them.
now i need your opinion should i just sign it and give it to them or meet with them face to face.

I was looking around the internet on where to register Sole Proprietor, I know is SSM, but unsure which location, The Mall or Menara SSM@Sentral?

1. Can i just fill in one business name instead of three? I am sure that the name is available and valid.
