Export Invoice and Accounting Invoice

Looking for some logistic and accounting experts regarding the scenario below.

Company A export goods to oversea, it will attached together with invoice and packing list which is compulsory for custom clearance purpose. (herein after refer as Export Invoice).

Total 3 exports in month of Jan 2018 for example

Export Invoice and Packing List
1) 10,000 Kgs x USD0.50 = USD 5,000
2) 20,000 Kgs x USD0.50 = USD 10,000
3) 12,000 Kgs x USD0.50 = USD 6,000

But accounting department issue a Tax Invoice without GST (ZRE) in month of Jan 2018

1) 15,000 Kgs x USD0.50 = USD 7,500.00 (they just issue tax invoice according to oversea customer payment USD7,500)

As both company is under the same boss.

So my question is the correct way of doing accounting for tax and gsst purpose it is all export invoice should be key into the accounting system?

How to use Windows Remote Desktop

I've been googling for the answer and try out on my own but it was failed. Wondering what is the problem!

First I have to set up the port forwarding in my router. I'm using Unifi and it is a D-Link Router. Log into the router and set up the port forwarding 3389 and the computer IP address which I wanted to control remotely. Then I go to the website www.canyouseeme.org to check whether the port is open but it could not see my port and reason is connection timed out.

Any sifu can guide me step by step please?!
