help on the notice period and payback.

Hi Guys,

My original story can go here click me

Now i had another problem since my current boss paid my 1.5 notice period to my old company, and now i tendered(give 2 months notice) and my current boss request me to pay back the 1.5 notice period to them and i can leave anytime, but this is unfair since i am not going to pay back and give them 2 month notice already and in the offer letter didn't mention anything regarding the 1.5 buy-over value.

Do i have to pay back that 1.5 notice period buy-over value to them?

Thanks.
