termite treatment before/after renovation

Hi,
I just brought a sub sale condo. When preparing to have renovation the house, just realized a wooden door that at water meter eaten by termite. Should I do the termite treatment 1st or after the renovation?

Hi,

I just brought a 2nd hand Apartment at Sri Petaling, need to do some renovation.
Hope some one can give me some advice & comment. Wish to know how much is the estimate cost.

below is the things i wish to renovate.

a) bathroom in Master bedroom:
size estimate(in mm): 1855(w) x 2270(l) x 2000(h)
i) remove the bathtub
ii) install tile on floor & wall after remove the bathtub
iii) put bathroom shower screen
iv) bathroom doors change to sliding doors
question: i afraid it will cause leakage, when remove the bathtub & install back tile on the floor that missing only. Remove all the tile on floor & install new tile it will more secure? & what is the estimate cost?

b) Wet kitchen & washing area
size estimate(in mm): 2300(w) x 2000(l) x 2200(h)
i) between dry kitchen & wet kitchen have a door & 2 windows.
remove the door & 2 windows also the frame coz not in good conditions,
need install back door & windows but didn't have any idea (anyone have idea?)
ii) remove a basin with cement. Than install a L shape cement cooking table & basin.
iii) install a sliding window (length estimate is 2000mm)
iv) tiles up to the top of the wall

c) 2 bedroom wood floor need to remove & install back new tile.
1st room size estimate(in mm): 3710(w) x 2710(l)
2nd room size estimate(in mm): 2615(w) x 3450(l)

p/s: tiles will buy it myself & my budget only RM15k is possible to make it?

Sharp 40LE530M vs Samsung 40D5000

Currently I'm looking for LED TV for gaming. Within my budget i noticed have two model (Sharp 40LE530M & Samsung 40D5000).
Which one is better???? or have others model price is around RM2-2.5k is better than this two???

Hope someone can help me here.
