            <title>Need guide on Renovate Apartment</title>

            <description>Hi,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I just brought a 2nd hand Apartment at Sri Petaling, need to do some renovation.&lt;br /&gt;Hope some one can give me some advice &amp;amp; comment. Wish to know how much is the estimate cost.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;below is the things i wish to renovate.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;a) bathroom in Master bedroom: &lt;br /&gt;    size estimate(in mm): 1855(w) x 2270(l) x 2000(h)&lt;br /&gt;    i)   remove the bathtub&lt;br /&gt;    ii)  install tile on floor &amp;amp; wall after remove the bathtub&lt;br /&gt;    iii) put bathroom shower screen&lt;br /&gt;    iv) bathroom doors change to sliding doors&lt;br /&gt;    question: i afraid it will cause leakage, when remove the bathtub &amp;amp; install back tile on the floor that missing only. Remove all the tile on floor &amp;amp; install new tile it will more secure? &amp;amp; what is the estimate cost?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;b) Wet kitchen &amp;amp; washing area&lt;br /&gt;    size estimate(in mm): 2300(w) x 2000(l) x 2200(h)&lt;br /&gt;    i)   between dry kitchen &amp;amp; wet kitchen have a door &amp;amp; 2 windows.&lt;br /&gt;         remove the door &amp;amp; 2 windows also the frame coz not in good conditions,&lt;br /&gt;         need install back door &amp;amp; windows but didn&amp;#39;t have any idea (anyone have idea?)&lt;br /&gt;    ii)  remove a basin with cement. Than install a L shape cement cooking table &amp;amp; basin.&lt;br /&gt;    iii) install a sliding window (length estimate is 2000mm)&lt;br /&gt;    iv)  tiles up to the top of the wall&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;c) 2 bedroom wood floor need to remove &amp;amp; install back new tile.&lt;br /&gt;    1st room size estimate(in mm): 3710(w) x 2710(l)&lt;br /&gt;    2nd room size estimate(in mm): 2615(w) x 3450(l)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;p/s: tiles will buy it myself &amp;amp; my budget only RM15k is possible to make it?</description>
