can teach me what paint is best for bedroom and bathroom?

I am moving into an old apartment, need to repaint after tenant move out.

I have asked contractors and they quote me to use Matex, but my friend told me easily stained and very cheap product.

the painter guy also said use matex and sealer for bathroom celing.

advise please... I may want to paint by myself.

also my bathroom ceiling got some bintik-bintik, how do I clean it before I paint?

for bedroom can I just wipe with wet cloth and airdry 1 or 2 days before start painting on it? because dusty I don't want just paint new paint on dust.

I took this pic when I visit the unit last month, of course I will clean before paint.

The ceiling light I want to change to LED light, am I able change it myself?

ikea table

i have 1 ikea table, so thinking of getting another table top and a drawer to support the middle.

my imagination is liddis, I am sure someone did it before too

after tengok ikea website punya dimension, i think i need a drawer that is 70cm tinggi

this drawer will fit but terlalu mahal, any other alternative boleh share dekat i?
