bluetooth mouse affects wifi?

I've got a Microsoft bluetooth mouse, once i turn it on and use it my wifi connection slows to a crawl, pages take forever to load and some just stay unresponsive. When i use my other wireless mouse (with a dongle) there's no problem.

Just wondering if anyone else has had the same experience before i delve further into the issue.

service of different brands

when i buy laptops or other electronics, especially those relatively bigger and bulkier ones, one thing i look for is how they are serviced should problems occur, that's why i bought a Dell laptop cause they send technicians on-site to fix your laptop

so i'm just wondering if other manufacturers provide this kind of service besides Dell, i hate bringing things to their service centres and wait for like half-a-day just to get a simple problem fixed
