Old topic I know. But I’m still owning my 1st wira aeroback 1.6 manual since 1997. I’m planning to have upgrade the power little bit. Hence, I create this topic for seeking sifu sharing your experience.

Target to upgrade block 4g93
Can I reuse back my existing 1.6 clutch set 8” instead of 8.5”?
What else or power expected to get after the upgrade?
Assuming ecu remain 1.6m just do use fuel regulator to adjust the air fuel

Hi all,

Looking for advice on Benz w211 e270 cdi diesel engine. The price is dropping around 60k +- in the market now

Can anyone share with me pro / con for the car? Such as maintainance cost? how to keep the engine in tip-top condition? What's the common problem or usual failure that I need to check?

I'm actually looking around and would appreciate someone can guide me how to check the condition as I have no knowledge at all in diesel or Benz...

Anyway, planning to let go one of my MPV to change/buy cdi.

Without Strata title

Dear Guru,

I planning to buy a unit of double story house (RM380K) in Putra Perdana Purchong and found that individual strata title still not out is because Talam Developer still holding Master Title and yet to release strata title to individual

After checking with few banker it seems like most of the Bank will not allow to borrow loan! by the way its a leasehold and the remaining years are 80years.

Need your valueble time to advise me on following questions:-
1) Any risk for buying this house?
2) How to get strata title out? will Talam still release the strate title to 1st hand buyer? as i'm 2nd hand buyer.
3) Which bank will provide Such loan based on above criteria?

i need advice from all sifu here... recently i have bought number plate from runner W88x8Y and suppose to put in my new Accord. and now my SA cannot deliver me the car. i decided to buy pre-own car from other brand.

my question is whether i can sell this number plate to other? at least i can get back some money instead of wasted this nice number plate.

Hi All,

I plan to buy used civic FD1 year 2008 or 2009 next month to replace my 8 years old Myvi Sxi model.

I heard from my friends or even I research in internet saying quite a lot problem related to power steering system, engine mounting, breaking noise/break pad. Is that a way to test out during test drive? How much will cost to fix the issue?

May I know what's the market price for FD1 pre-facelift? Also I found that 2009 still got preFacelift model i thought 2009 onwards already upgraded to facelift with all mentioned issue are fixed? Do anyone know Whether 2009 preFacelift will not such problem compare to 2006/7/8?

Tax for car selling here extremely high... Again, Malaysia produce good petrol and sell it to oversea and why not use it home country?
