Area accessible to Britsh Council

I'm moving out from my apartment in Puchong since my sister has decided to join the courses at British Council. don't know much about KL and the areas, which area is reasonably priced and also accessible (through LRT or Bus) to the British Council? I can pay something around RM 1200 for a 2 or 3 bedroom. (cheaper is welcome!)
would highly appreciate your assistance in advance
