Bf with female best friend

cherrypi — Sat, 04 Jan 2020 05:33:39 +0800

My current bf has a female best friend that they talk on the phone consistently and they go out for movies sometimes.

I'm not sure if I can accept this but this female friend has been his friend since teenage years, means old friends. He used to like her a lot but they didn't end up together. Sometimes the girl likes to bring up their old times too.

I sense that my bf is very protective and fond of her, but he said he doesn't want to be in relationship with her coz it will never work out.

Anyone here with partner who has a different gender best friend? How do you all deal with it?

Any pros and cons ?

Thanks!

Pet Lovers Centre - Fish4dogs

cherrypi — Thu, 28 Mar 2013 17:50:49 +0800

Hi all,

Just wondering if anyone tried this brand fish4dogs before ?
Everytime I visit the Pet Lovers Center in Sunway Pyramid to buy dog food for my dog, the sales person there will introduce me this brand.

And when I asked them why, each of them will tell me their dog is eating this brand and having good result (except today a malay girl served me so she didn't mention she has a dog. I wouldn't be surprise if she said she has one though)

Then I wanted to look for fish oil / tablet supplements for my dog. The sales person told me if your dog has bad skin, try Fish4Dog. I was like "again...sigh"
I found a supplement I think was good to buy (I hold it in my hand) then the sales person recommended me another one "SOS Salmon Oil". I came back researched, it's another fish4dog product. Seems fishy =.=

Just wonder how good is this product or they are just recommending because they get commission from there?

Hair Extension recommendation?

cherrypi — Fri, 01 Mar 2013 06:50:31 +0800

Hi all,

I have kept my hair long for a year, preparing for my pre wedding photo.
Then I went to rebond my hair and the hair stylist cut off my hair about a palm size length. It's just a bit more than shoulder length now
I'm thinking to do hair extension.

Has anyone done it and any pros and cons? Like the hair extension will drop off?

Can have dogs in walk up apartment?

cherrypi — Fri, 30 Nov 2012 06:40:16 +0800

Hi all,

I have a dog with me, mixed breed one but I'm staying in a walk up apartment (no lift).
One of my neighbours below me really dislike dog.

I worry if she complain to MPSJ, will they come my house to take my dog away?
The other day my dog barked coz they sing karaoke , and I tried to stop my dog but that was the only time the dog barked. After that no more, even if they sing karaoke.

My dog is toilet trained too but that neighbour come scold me that day, apartment cannot keep dog. So I worry if she call the MPSJ then what will happen.

Police report to neighbour?

cherrypi — Thu, 29 Nov 2012 13:50:20 +0800

Hi all,

Got a question want to ask. I have this neighbour, who always sing karaoke very loud. I'm staying in apartment. I complained to management, they talked to the neighbour but the neighbour refused to listen and tune up the volume.

It happens almost everyday.
The management ask me to lodge police report instead. Isn't taking this small issue to police a bit too drama?

What can be done in situation like this?

1 month plus puppies for adoption

cherrypi — Wed, 01 Feb 2012 11:29:06 +0800

Someone complained about a dog who just gave birth, and the mummy ran away when th dog catchers went after her.
She left behind 7 puppies about 1 week old. Someone rescued them , some of the siblings died and I'm helping to foster two of them currently.

Hope both of these puppies can find a permanent home that will love them till the end of their life!
