let stylist make ur hairdo?

Normally i just tell the stylist what hairdo i want coz everytime i asked them to help me make a hairstyle they were like not sure what to do and it made me feel that it's not right to let stylist decide ur hairstyle. But seriously sometimes i don't know what kind of hairstyle i can do with current hair length, condition etc, so is it ok if i let the stylist decide but with a bit of my expectation? how should i tell him?

how about working as part-time and not working for company but a person?
like hired by professor in college to do his outside work, got paid. that professor doesn't belong to any company but more like a experienced independent consultant.
what should i write for company name and position?

epf kiosk not working

yesterday I went to epf kiosk after work in public bank trying to get activation code for registering i-account online. it was my first time using epf kiosk. so after i inserted mycard, i had to scan fingerprint, but i don't know my genes changed or what, that noisy kiosk kept saying cannot work at the momemnt, asked me to try again later. i didn't open epf account myself, my HR helped me to open and that time she said need my fingerprint, but never gave me the form....i'm worried now i'm not sure if she opened epf account for me or not. i hope its the machine's problem, my genes r ok, my HR did help me to open account.....has anyone encountered same problem with kiosk before?
