i have an 32gb ipad (gen1)

at first i use my laptop's itunes to sync and purchase apps with my ipad...but then my laptop died...

so now i use my pc to sync my ipad...

when i wanna sync my ipad's apps to the pc...it display this...will it delete all my existing apps in my ipad...?
