guys, pls recommend a good picture quality non-3D non-smart 40~46inch LED/PLASMA budget <RM1800
yeah i dont need those gizmo....only good screen and enough port for my setup. slim bezel, long warranty and nice design is a plus

Home theater take up much space and the bluray/dvd player is not needed
so i settle for computer speaker

My setup plan is

Desktop >(hdmi)> TV .......to watch movies and browse internet

Logitech 5.1 Z506 75watt rms >(no idea how) >TV.....everyday usage, no need to on desktop

and today bought another no, new xpax 1m pakej mampu milik...the data,sms,call rate really cheap, worth it ..couldnt resist trouble is cant port my old no to this new pakej.

all no are important to me..but i dont want carry 3 fone, 2 also already quite trouble.
so guys...please recommend me an active dual-sim android fone, used or new. high spec
brands like acer,lenovo,huawei,csl etc are also acceptable but not other low spec china fone. screen size >4"...what else to consider ya?

how to reduce HIP/BUTTOCKS/GLUTE size?

hello
let me start about myself first.
i dont like my hip size

i used to be fat 80++kg with 34~35' waist line in 2006-2007.
then i start play squash almost everyday and runnin to reduce my size. running seriously in 2008-mid 2009, running middistance/quarter marathon, always join those 8k~15k event.
the event i love the most was 1mile dash new year bash feel like to vomit at the finish line,very anaerobic . i hit my lowest weight 59.5kg with 29' waist but my hip still quite large.

in mid 2009 i shift my focus coz 59kg to thin.....so started bb aiming for 75kg. and stop running. only once in awhile do hiit or go swimming.
i followed rippetoe programme.
in march 2010 did inbody analysis.
result=
68.3kg 170cm
body fat mass 9.1kg
percent body fat 13.3%
waist hip ratio 0.84 <------ i want <0.79

now i weight 71.5kg waist 30~31'....my lower body quite big compared to my upper.
doing barbell squat 80kg excluding oly barbell 20kg...leg press 340kg while my incline barbell chest press 44kg only excluding oly barbell 20kg ha2

i dont like what i see in the mirror, glute too big compared to my waist n thigh~
any exercise should i do or avoid?

my pendrive got infected by virus, so i use my lecturer's antivirus to clean it and in the process, the antivir deleted almost all files in my pendrive .
i havent write on or format my pendrive after that

is there anyway to recover the files? im pretty sure the data of the files still in there, just there are no icons to click. because the used space same as before and when scanned with my norton antivir, it shows and scanz the name of the deleted files and folders in my pendrive

i dont know what causing the burning session to failed...a lot of time
i have wasted around 4~5 dvd+r dics to burn,already tried with different speed (12x/16x/18x) and different files/sizes

using nero 6 that comes with the writer, Samsung SH-S182D + Mitsubishi 16x DVD+R + Mitsubishi 4x DVD+RW

and only twice it success (one dvd+r,3.6 gb, 12x, +40mins to complete ) & (one dvd+rw, 1gb, 4x)

i need to backup all my files asap......
because my hdd is problematic going to kaput soon................
only today i can login....because last few days,i cant on my pc because it cant detect hdd

my friend Dell 4700 (year 2004/05) always freeze/hang since the 1st few months he got the pc
he already called dell, but problem not solved .... warranty over, so do not talk about it anymore

when his pc freeze, everything not responding including keyboard n mouse n have to restart......
at the back got 4 LED for diagnostic, when freeze all LED were green which mean no problem (amber if got probs)

yesterday n today i went to to his house trying to fix n figure out the problems....
we open the casing, clean everything inside all fans including GC fan from dust, tidy up the cables, n then reformat n do clean windows installation back....but it still hang

2 things i notice , after few hours (1~2 hour) his side panel feel really hot, can fry egg summore, eventhough we're not running any games or extensive progs.
his 4700 only have 3 fans, 1 at PSU, 1 at GC n another 1 at the rear casing for procs, only got heatsink on top of the procs........
same with my Dell 4600 (diff maybe only motherboard etc n side panel , casing n placement same design with mine)

but the the rear fan for procs spin n feel quite slow, max 29xxRPM n the wierd thing is it sucks air it should exhaust hot air right?
my 4600 fan spin n feel faster than his n it exhaust hot air

at the moment im quite the sure the problem is because of overheating, fan spin slow n doing opposite what it should
