Izzit worth fixing?

hi guys,

I'm relatively noob and new about cars and I need some suggestion for those with experience or knowledge.
hope im in the right place to ask.

Currently at home I have a Toyota prado 1997(manual) and being so clueless all i can say is the car is old and very fuel consuming, temperature easily rise, sometimes cause trouble like cannot start, everytime i want to change the gear, very slow speed also need high gear of not it makes the sound like i forcing the car to run when it can only walk(metaphorically).

so the question is, is this car worth fixing or not?if not, my uncle willing to buy for RM 40k and might wanna get a Toyota Fortuner. but I love this car so much and I really hope it can be fix for a fair and reasonable price.

I'm not trying to show off driving 4WD but I have to because I lived in Sabah and sometimes need to be in rural area with terrible road.

Datuk Bandar Kuala Lumpur, Datuk Seri Ahmad Fuad Ismail (gambar) berkata, jika mereka ingkar, lesen perniagaan restoran sedia ada tidak akan diperbaharui manakala bagi pengusaha baru, ia akan menjadi syarat kepada pemberian lesen.

Katanya, peraturan baru itu dibuat bagi memastikan sasaran untuk menjadikan Kuala Lumpur sebagai sebuah ibu negara maju pada tahun 2020 tercapai.

“Kita akan lakukan pindaan terhadap syarat lesen perniagaan untuk memastikan arahan ini dipatuhi.

“Lesen baru tidak akan dikeluarkan dan lesen pengusaha restoran sedia ada tidak akan diperbaharui jika syarat ini gagal dipatuhi,” katanya pada sidang akhbar sempena Hari Wilayah di Angkasapuri di sini semalam.

yesterday i bought a new fon....its blackberry pearl flip 8220 i bought it from the gadget shop in times square....my fault i did not check it properly...this seller called alan said the fon was new....not ap....its ori..he's telling the truth n he will not lie to me cuz he selling in a shop not in the promotion counter..he will not run away and if anything wrong i can look for him in ts....soo...i stupidly believe him n i checked it like dat like dat oni...then pay then i go home....and then today i wanted to cas the fon......the charger is not working......i checked2 the fon again...then only i noticed no sirim...and it even have t-mobile logo come out when i swith it off..........the other stupid thing is....im not in KL anymore....im in sarawak liao le....

i wanna go pasar malam.....

im living wit my fren...there's 4 of us....i considered them my bff....but there's this 1 girl i feel totally annoyed wit ....but i only feel dat way at certain times oni.....
