I stay at a low cost apartment. No lift.
Recently management send me a billing. Asking to pay RM402 to replace damaged water tank stand.
When i googled, the AI say supposed to be bear by Management. Is it true?

Cuz somehow during AGM, the chairman actually agree it supposed to be borne by owner instead.
I din attend the AGM cuz i missed out the notice.

Anyone can clarify? Thanks.

Fees when buying a house

Date of transaction: 14 Jan 2010

Details of the complaint : I didn't PM the seller coz I found out he is not very active in LYN. So I sms him instead on 12/01/2010.
He replied using another HP number. Reason being is becoz he say his one is out of battery. I request for pic of the item. After 1 or 2 days, I received it. As per attached.

14 Jan 2010 morning, I received the pic. So I request for his bank details: 162870010828 MAYBANK. At the same time, he request for my address as he say he is @ pos office now. Then I went to do online payment. Send a sms notification to him. The postage supposes to be pos laju. I'm paying from HLB to M2U. He says he needs money. Asking me for direct bank in instead. RM75 + 75 = 150. Means 2nd payment and he will return back my other RM75.

I'm hesitated. So I say, is ok.. I can wait. By Monday, he should receive my payment. So I expect my stuff to be delivered at least on Wednesday. No news. I sms. No replies. I emailed. No replies.

Finally I called him up instead. At nite, no one pick up. Then the next day early morning, I called again. He answered. He say the stuff suppose to be arrived on Wednesday noon. So I wait patiently. No parcel. I give up. I'm 100% that I have been conned.

P/S: I was kinda desperate for a cheap mp3 player. So I make a huge mistake for not checking his history in LYN. He also have open other sales thread. No more dealing with newbies. Even yes, i shall go for COD. Yes, I'm DAMN STUPID.

Wonder what make me so late to make a dispute is because I thought there is no point of making one coz as I say.. he is inactive member here.
But on the 2nd thought, in case he strikes again, at least I have done my part in warning. Thanks.

On behalf of fellow forummer by the nickname of "Joey Christensen", I apologise for taking the liberty of creating a thread to help him in the quest of appealing for reconsideration of relieving the 7 days of suspension issued.

He submitted an appeal early this morning and no reply were given thus far. In the light of this, I have no choice but to help him to create a thread to seek immediate attention and in hopes of the authoritative boards of LYN Forum will reevaluate his case promptly.

I believed the attachment of the picture Learning English in a Japanese magazine contained "inappropriate words" was the main reason the suspension was being levied upon me.

Because of this setback resulting from the suspension of my LYN Forum account, I couldn't be able to log in further in which I believed that I could reverse my action by deleting the "inappropriate material".

I would ask you to reconsider of relieving me the 7 days suspension levied upon me so that it would granting me the opportunity to contribute in LYN in an appropriate way.

I look forward to receiving your feedback regarding this matter. I appreciate the time that you have taken to read my appeal.

It was purely based on the intention of recommendation on behalf of me being appointed as Moderator in LYN Forum by forummer "vivienne85".

Hi!

I just start to learn using phpmyadmin. I found out that if i want to do relation among the tables, i need to do the configuration called Pmadb.
Fro there i stuck already. I need to configure the called config inc php izzit?

My hosting already have build in phpmyadmin, where i'm using it right now with few tables inside. I can't seems to find config inc php... Anyone have any idea where i can locate this file and teach me step by step on how to activate the relation feature?

I ask have a project. A client request me to implement the shopping cart system and integration of the payment gateway. All the design & HTML will be provided. I just need to do the backend programming part.
