Hi there, may i know is below fee reasonable? I have been quoted as below and it seems a little bit high on the fee. Anyone has installer contact to share?

light install - RM15
Ceiling fan install - RM55
Instant water heater - RM80

I have sat in my fren's camry year 06, still very comfortable, clean and spacious. Not much noise heard. Really interested to get one. Is it worth to buy? It is below 80K ( ~76-78K). Will i regret for getting this car? Please share your opinions. Thanks.

i came across one development selling a left over dsl house. The size is a bit non standard which is 30 x 96. Do you think it is worth to get it at 520K?

it is a end lot without land unit. Thanks for the advice.
