i would like to seek your advice/opinion,

i accidentally grazed a white suzuki swift while cycling in penang, resulting some scratches near at the bottom of the door. no dents, damages, just the white paint coming off a little. its a holiday trip. the driver wanted me to pay rm400, but i managed to nego till rm150.
he took a pix of the front of Mykad with his phone camera and said that he will consider making a report if the rm150 don't cover his paint job.

now that i am bac in kl, i thought it was very silly to let him have a pix of MyKad, he can missuse it for illegal activities.

any kind forumers hav similar experience? should i replace myKad? what can i do so that i can be protected in the event the card is miss-used?
