Can someone point me how to correctly configure this load balancer / router so that we can connect it to Unifi?

Asus RT-AC87U - PPPoE dialler - Ground floor
RT-12HP - Access point - Top floor

Switches:
TP-Link 24 Port Smart Switch - Ground floor
TP-Link 16 Port Switch - Top Floor

Right now the structure as per follows :

Unifi -> RT-AC87U -> 24 smart switch ->
1. wired clients
2. RT12HP Access Point
3. 16 port switch

Currently the line is not stable, as more than 200 devices are connected at the same time.

Any ideas on how to make this set up better?

Messages App is kinda cool because can chat with people wiht iPhone and iPad as well. But why on Mac it's not stable? The connection is always interrupted. Same case as Adium but not the case for HipChat. I haven't tested Trillian yet. Anyone knows what is wrong?

The class is divided into 3 sections:

Suggestion to Script in Sixty Minutes: Get your wild ideas on a page and ready to be shot. Learn the art and craft of story-telling and how to write a nifty professional looking script.

Shoot like a pro (well almost): We’ll talk technical and also fiddle around with Filmic Pro, a great app to tap into the power of your iPhone. Then, get some useful tips on making your shots awesome. Why, we’ll even shoot a romantic sequence!

The chopping block: Time to cut, cut and cut! Work with iMovie to put everything you shot together and then apply some finishing touches to your masterpiece.
