prob with boot up curve 8320

my curve 8320, batt broken already (inflate/kembung) maybe due of overcharge or the batt it self already been quite a while

but ive change a new batt but now it just wont boot up.i charge the batt already and the bb start just hang at the clock icon(boot up loading) and the on the upper right there is like a arrow icon blinking and the led indicator will blink red and re-boot again.pls help me solve dis.
