I search far and wide for an item that only still exist in Taobao

a simple Xiaomi In ear Headphone, that was release back in 2018/2019

search available on webpage, go to the submit order, but say that the item is not within the delivery area

try add a know Taiwan address, also no go

then use a China address generator
and it able to proceed

so install phone app,
search the seller, but some items does not exist in the phone app

its a single <RM 100, small box item

Malaysian football faces new crisis over multi-million dollar compensation demands from naturalized players

The Football Association of Malaysia (FAM) faces a new crisis as the seven naturalized players suspended by FIFA for document fraud are now demanding millions of dollars in compensation for their lost income during the ban.

According to Stadium Astro, the seven players are "no longer side by side" with Malaysian football. They are planning to formally file a complaint and demand compensation for financial damages if FAM fails in its appeal against FIFA to the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS).

The players, who received heavy penalties including fines and a 12-month ban from football activities, will demand compensation equivalent to at least one year's salary, according to the report.

The financial threat is substantial. President of the Sports Law Association of Malaysia (SLAM), Balbeer Singh, affirmed that the compensation claim will be "completely fair."

Among the seven players, Facundo Garces is the highest-paid, earning a reported salary of $1.1 million. While the salaries of the other players have not been publicly disclosed, the players who represent Malaysia’s biggest club Johor Darul Ta'zim (JDT) club are part of an annual salary fund of up to $12 million, with some receiving hundreds of thousands of dollars each year.

According to Singh, these players will demand compensation of at least one year's salary, and can completely win the lawsuit against FAM if they can prove that they did not intentionally commit the naturalization fraud, which includes document forgery.

"Another option is to reach an agreement between the two sides, and maybe FAM will settle with the players," Singh told Stadium Astro.

FIFA rejected FAM's appeal in early November and upheld its disciplinary decision, which suspends the players from all football activities for a year from Sept. 26 and imposes a fine of 350,000 Swiss franc ($436,000) on FAM.

FIFA's investigation found original birth certificates proving their grandparents were born in Argentina, Brazil, the Netherlands or Spain, not Malaysia as claimed.

FAM is currently in a crisis with the financial consequences of the ongoing case with FIFA. The appeal costs can reach up to millions of dollars, and they have been cut off from funding by both the Malaysian government and several sponsors.

My own experience with BHPetrol

Use contactless payment

5. Proceed to pump
6. Pump didn't stop at RM 38
7. Manual stop
8. Get receipt(left)

Not happy, so restart

2. Do payment, contactless

Aug 25 (Reuters) - Billionaire Elon Musk’s electric vehicle company Tesla (TSLA.O), opens new tab rejected a $60 million settlement proposal in a lawsuit over the 2019 fatal crash of an Autopilot-equipped Model S before a jury this month awarded a $243 million verdict in the case.
Lawyers for the plaintiffs disclosed the settlement proposal in a filing, opens new tab on Monday in the federal court in Miami, Florida, as part of a request for legal fees from Tesla.

They said Florida law entitles them to the legal fees the plaintiffs accrued since May 30, when the settlement was proposed.
Tesla and a lawyer representing the company in the case did not immediately respond to requests for comment. Attorneys for the plaintiffs had no immediate comment.
The trial focused on an April 2019 crash involving a 2019 Model S featuring Autopilot driver-assistance software. The driver’s Tesla struck the victims' parked Chevrolet Tahoe as they were standing beside it on a shoulder.

Jurors awarded the estate of Naibel Benavides Leon, who was killed, and her boyfriend Dillon Angulo, who was seriously injured, a combined $129 million in compensatory damages, plus $200 million in punitive damages. Tesla was held liable for 33% of the compensatory damages, or $42.6 million, and all of the punitive damages.
Jurors found the driver liable for 67% of the compensatory damages, but he was not a defendant.

Tesla has denied any wrongdoing, and said the verdict “only works to set back automotive safety and jeopardize Tesla's and the entire industry's efforts to develop and implement life-saving technology.” Tesla has said it will appeal.
The plaintiffs’ lawyers have said the trial was the first involving the wrongful death of a third party resulting from Autopilot.
Tesla has faced similar lawsuits over its vehicles' self-driving capabilities, but they have been resolved or dismissed without getting to trial.
