toslink to bluetooth

i would like to know if either of this will work.

HTPC-->hdmi-->tv-->toslink-->bluetooth transmit to amp attached with bluetooth receiver
or
HTPC-->hdmi-->tv-->toslink-->rca to amp

i am wondering if the sound and video can be separated so that the audio goes to the amp instead of the tv speakers. i tried the rca out from tv to amp but there's no sound.

i am guessing the hdmi digital audio signal cannot be converted to analogue by the tv and would require a HT receiver instead. unfortunately i don't have HT receiver at this point and am wondering if the toslink option is possible instead.

if the bluetooth option works, would appreciate some recommendation on the toslink to bluetooth transmitter.

Could this thing be true? We barely have seen the UL 30VT and stocks are so low that it's hard to find/get from anywhere and now Asus announces a successor?

I'd like to know if you have Asus UL30VT? I am based in Butterworth, do you have it in any of your outlets either in mainland or island?
