Recently i just bought a usb analog TV tuner for my laptop. But i have problem with the tv signal here. My tv tuner only able to get the tv signal when downstairs turn on their TV. When they turn off the tv i wont able to detect any signal. I connect my tv tuner to the wall antenna plug. Then i try to use a small portable tv antenna with booster in it.
