Need recommendation for an Android TV Box

Hi to all the sifus here,

Need recommendation for Android TV Box.
Main use
- Skype for video conference. (So far I did not see any Android TV Box that mention their ability to do video conference)
- Possible to install other messaging app such as Line, Whatsapp, Viber?
- Play video. File format and resolution varies. (I guess if this TV box can install the VLC Player for Android, it should be fine)

Concern,
- Have heard that some TV Box is laggy when play video.
- Also heard that it is not compatible with some TV even though the TV accept HDMI and DVI. any VGA output?

Thanks
