WTA: Motor Takaful e-Cover Note submission failed

Hi All,

After I made online payment for my car insurance of Etiqa Takaful, I face this error:

We regret to inform you that your Motor Takaful e-Cover Note submission to Road Transport Department could not be processed at the moment.
Kindly call our Etiqa Oneline call centre at 1300138888 or email to info@etiqa.com.my for assistance.

Actually I renew my car insurance around 10PM last night, so according to the call center staff, they say I face this error because JPJ system was offline at night. Then the staff only say that according to Etiqa Takaful system, my payment has been received, so they will assume the e-Cover Note submission had been reprocessed this morning and has been successful.

Anyone face this issue before? Is my e-Cover Note submission really successful? Or is there anyway for me to check with JPJ?

I scared in case I involved in any car accident in future, they might say my e-Cover Note was not submitted to JPJ, so Etiqa will not cover or responsible for my car accident.

Hope someone can enlighten me. Thanks!!!

I've been using Unifi for more than a year. During the initial stage, the Unifi guy install the fiber optic cable wiring from my condo entrance all the way to tv cabinet area, the fiber optic cable is not concealed and thus make my condo very untidy.

Currently I just know there is such thing called Homeplug / Powerline.

Can anyone experience here introduce me a good and stable Homeplug / Powerline?
