fatal error c1189 windows.h already...

well, i saw some closed topics probably by my seniors about a simple firewall using MFC with c++. apparently, i've developed 1 that can block ip.
However, i found out that it wasn't working when i use it on other computers. apparently, i've tried on 2 computers running 32 bit windows 7 and 1 computer running on 64 bit windows 7. it only works on the 64 bit.

When i try to debug using the 32 bit computers, i get a fatal error c1189 windows.h already included.MFC must not #include <windows.h>.

I've searched online and most of the situations are ppl place #include<windows.h> in their "stdafx.h" file. for my situation, i did not include the windows.h in the "stdafx.h" file.

Any idea what went wrong?
