Car insurance and geran

Hi all,

I need some clarification for my car. I plan to transfer geran ownership to my parents to let them sell my car since I wont be around to in the coming months and thus wont be able to sign the necessary documents by then. What about the remaining car insurance period? Can I just leave it as it is until they find a buyer or do I need to do any transfer to my parents name as well? They wont be driving the car. It will just remain in the garage.

No internet access

My pc specs are below:

Intel core i5 4460
Sapphire r9 270x
8gb ram
tplink wn727n

So here's the problem. Was on windows 8.1, upgraded to windows 10, found out there were some bugs on it and didnt like it so I downgrade back to windows 8.1. I did all those without a clean install. Just a simple downgrade/upgrade option through windows. After downgrading, my wifi adapter connected to my streamyx wifi no problem. Even shows that there is internet connection access under network control panel. But, I cant access anything through the browser or steam. No internet access at all. Other laptops and mobiles at home have no problem connecting through the wifi.

What I did was:

1. Reinstall the usb wifi adapter drivers. Didnt work.
2. Delete the device and uninstalled the drivers and reinstalled it again. Didnt work.
3. Renewed IP address under command prompt.
4. Tried using auto dns and google dns.
5. Tried to connect to my handphone hotspot.

All of it didnt work. What else can I do? Any helpful ideas will be greatly appreciated!!

Why streamyx always putus konektion? WiFi all steady but no internet connection. Only happens at night til early morning. Anyone having same issues or fix?

Hi all, having some problems with my PC rig. The hardware are all still under warranty but I can't determine which part is the faulty one. Anyone here knows a reliable or trustable PC repair shop based in Kota Kinabalu that can diagnose which hardware is faulty?

PC wont start

Hey guys,

My PC decided not to start tonight. PSU plugged in and turned on. When I pressed the power button, no LED light, fans not spinning, HD not running. But I can still get my devices charged over USB. Any ideas or help that I can troubleshoot?
These are the hardware that I have inside the PC.

CPU: Intel Core I5 4460

RAM: GSKill AEGIS 8GB DDR3 1600mhz
HDD: WD 1TB Caviar Blue HDD

USB 3.0 cant detect external HD

Hey guys, currently using thermaltake h25 casing that has a usb2.0 and 3.0 port in front.

Problem is, when I conenct my transcend external HD to the usb3.0, it cant be detected. However, the other ports including 2.0 in front and 3.0 at the back of the case can detect the HD.
Using windows 8.1 atm. Anyone got a clue why this happens? Tested other pendrives on the 3.0 port in front and can confirm its working.

Hey guys, planning to get a new budget keyboard below rm150.

So far I've narrowed it down to CM storm devastator bundle, Logitech g105, and Thermaltake challenger prime.

Im kinda leaning towards the devastator keyboard. I saw reviews that the g105 led isnt to bright even under dark conditions.
Prefer backlit + media keys.

Would love to hear opinions from you guys, particularly owners who have used either one of the 3 listed.

Car starting problems

Hi all,

My 2001 carb iswara has some starting issues. Tried starting this morning but couldnt. Suspected battery died. Then I tried in the afternoon and it was alright. What could be the issue here? Should I replace the battery or should I sent it to the workshop?

I would greatly appreciate anyone's help on this. Just like to know how much for the following parts, specifically in east malaysia for the yamaha ego s bike.

1. Front cover (whole housing where the main headlamp is).
2. Handlebars.
3. Meter dial cover (the whole housing for the meter dial)

I am totally clueless about bikes and I just want to know im not being ripped off.

Hi all..

Currently at a crossroad here. My logitech UE 220 dying on me so I need a replacement.

Right now I've set my eyes on these 2 budget earphones: Meelectronics M9 and the superlux 381.

Im leaning towards the meelectronics because I feel like the superlux cables looks fragile, though I have never seen it in person. Any owner care to shed some light?
Also I listen to a mix of genres, mostly pop/rnb/electro but prefer abit of bass just like the logitech I own.

So my question is:

Which among the two closely resembles the UE 220 (I know i get what I pay for but just wondering which performs better)?

And which has a good build quality and best value between the two. ( Must have decent bass as well)

Would really appreciate it if anyone could share their insight.

Upgrading hilux sr 2002

Hi guys,

I have a old toyota hilux sr version. This comes without the turbo. Its very torquey but lacks top speed. Hence deciding to upgrade the performance.

Here's whats on my mind:

1. Is it possible to just bolt on the turbo from the "sr turbo" version or the new hilux models after that without any custom modifications?
2. The current engine is a 2.8D without the commonrail found in the sr turbo version. Should I swap it with a 2.5D or any newer hilux engine?
3. Any other suggestions to improve performance for this truck?

I really love this car even though its not as fast as the current pickups on the road. Hope you guys can give suggestions to help improve this car. Really appreciate it!

Open up iswara aircond panel/metercluster

Hi guys,

I currently own a 2001 iswara A/B and I noticed the aircond panel lightbulbs are dimming. Hence decided to change the lightbulbs in both the aircond panel as well as the meter cluster. I'll be DIY'ing this "project" myself instead of sending it to a mechanic but preferably I hope that anyone here can direct me the proper procedures to ensure I do not mess up.

Would gladly appreciate it if anyone can guide me through the process, particularly how to open up the panels.
